One Billion Page Views On South African Websites In September 2015 (Infographic)

According to data made available by IAB South Africa and Effective Measure, approximately 1 billion page views came from 37 million unique browsers. Average visits per unique browser was 6.76, average page duration was 1m:19s, average visit duration was 05m:17s.

As expected, majority of the page views came from Johannesburg (25%), followed by Cape Town (12%) and Durban (9%).

More women (51%) spent time on the Internet than men (49%). Top three activities included email (90%), banking (68%) and obtaining information (64%). Most Internet browsers are in their twenties.
